WHY ARTS EDUCATION MATTERS: Music and arts are linked to supporting students’ mental well-being—developing students who are more engaged and resilient. The arts build emotional awareness and foster empathy, skills critical for success and wellbeing during and beyond the PreK – 12 years.

Will you do your part to advance art and music education in #California public schools by pledging to #VoteYesOn28?

#VoteYesOn28 is key to achieving #equityinthearts. Funding from this initiative will provide additional resources to schools serving students from historically marginalized populations.

#VoteYesOn28 this November so every student has access to arts and music education in school.

California is home to the world’s creative economy, supporting 2.6 million jobs in our state alone! Let’s make sure every California student can be prepared for careers in the arts. #VoteYesOn28 this November!

DID YOU KNOW: Funding from #VoteYesOn28 will support hiring arts teachers and aides, buying supplies and materials, and allocate additional dollars for communities with high needs.

I believe all kids deserve access to arts and music education. That’s why I joined the movement to #VoteYesOn28 to increase funding for arts education in every PreK-12 public school in California.

Built-in accountability. Doesn’t raise taxes. Arts and music education for every student. #VoteYesOn28

[For School Communities] Calling on all families and members of the [Name of School] community: Join me to help bring more funding for arts and music education to our school, and guarantee access to arts education for EVERY California public school student. Join the movement! #VoteYesOn28
